Sur le quai de pêche, à Martigues
We are in Port de Bouc (near Marseille), on fishermen's wharf. Frederic and his wife are preparing their recipes and preserves with " Poutargues" (mullet liver) and others sea products (Confit of Monkfish, anchovies, tuna and sardines...). Frederic's family delivers us the top in each recipes they propose.
